- The product is defective

- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number
- Share clear photos or videos of the issue
Once approved:
- You will receive instructions for return shipping
- The product must be returned within the given timeframe
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned product.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5 to 10 working days
If rejected:
- The product will not be refunded
- You may request the item to be shipped back at your cost
Replacement Policy

Order Cancellation

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
